How do you stop mindgrains( idt i spelled that right)?
MIGRAINE is how you spell it. The gles may be making it worse, wear your gles. Its usually a combination of things. For example, lots of stress, not eating right (like too much junk foods, not enough veggies, fruits, healthy food), pms (getting close to that time of the month?), medication, trauma to the head, not getting enough sleep (at least 7hours a night everyday for a week) or sleep debt (when you've missed out on sleep in the past and your body is rebounding so, in addition to your 8 hours of sleep at night try taking naps too), dehydration (drink 2 liters water a day), all these things can contribute to your MIGRAINES so take action to get rid of them.
