What to do about sister problems?

ok so i am sorry to say andi know its extremly rude but my big si is a hoe i mean she's a freshman and her boyfriends a senor and she ditched cl for him and got in troudle so my mom broke them up and my and my other oldests sister whos in the 8th grade have busted her and told my mom and now shes going to juvi becuz this is not the first time shes gotten in trouble over a guy i mean she even snuck over to his house when his parents werent home and she stole 28 dollars from my moms purse to waste it on him and she did grafity saying she loved him and now since shes going to juvi cuz we've busted her all those times she thinks i want her to get sent away but i just wanted to do the right thing and i want for her to stop bieng such a hoe and disaplint isnt working so if in order for her to stop acting like that she need to get sent away for a little bit then i want her to go but what should do that will make her stop acting like this but still be at home?
