Burn marks- someone help?

okay mates thought it was funny tht we all burnt ourselves, so they got a spatula, mine was put on my leg and theres a big burn there now, please i need some serouis answers, ive put running cold water on it and its still like bright red. please what can i do to get arid/make it less standing out ?
