Where can I get statistics of deaths caused by circision of babies in the USA?

Estimates are given of 200+ deaths per year in the USA alone, but speculation that many deaths ascribed to hemorrhage, infection, shock, etc., are in reality due to circision. How does the overall death rate of neonate boys compare with neonate girls, (as this could give an indication of suppression of the truth)?
