Which would be a brighter super LED combination for very bright daylight of fog conditions?

Would a combination of red/white or yellow/white or yellow/yellow be more visible to approaching traffic to the rear of a stationary vehicle? I'm thinking of using a whelen slimlighter super LED type rather than strobes concealed in taillights.
