Could this be Adult ADHD?

Recently, I feel like I may be having adult ADHD. I feel like coming to college and living in a less structured environment has exacerbated it. But the problem is, my family feels like it's not ADHD because I've always been good at doing my homework and concentrating on my studies. But it's been a battle to concentrate for me. Can ADHD get worse over time?
