Did I eat healthy today or did I eat too much :(?

I would start out by trying to eat only one peice of bread rather than two... And try soy milk.(it's pretty good, by I you don't like that try skim milk) if I were you I would start bringing my own lunch to school. School food is always so not healthy. I would just eat a turkey sandwhich on whole wheat bread with an apple on the side. It's good to eat a nice size breakfast, a nice size lunch(healthy) and a smaller dinner. It's easier to digest at night. I want you to know I'm not trying to be bossy. I just like to help a bunch of people out. I hope I helped you!!!
