I have few blisters popping off in my triceps of the left had (something looks like chickenpox blisters).?

I had few of them in the last winter and it went off. And now I got in again on the exact same spot. Any idea what it could be? Could it be due to dry skin or some other infection? I am extremely worried that it could be a STD?
