Is it true that Hitler got reelected as president of Germany?

My friends told me that Hitler was once again elected in Germany. Wouldn't Germans have learned, after what happend during the cold war? What will happend to Europe now. My familiy is jewish, and they have the last weeks been really paranoid. My Mother spend alot of time at our neighbor when dad is at work. I guess she needs someone to talk to while my dad isn't home. Please tell me, this really worries me.
