What to get a thirteen year old girl for Christmas?

Me and my best friend are really different. She likes sports and outdoorsy things, while I'm more of an indoor person and my only sport is horse back riding. I'm totally unsure what to get her for Christmas, and I'm tired of just giving her money. I swear, we've probably given her over 400 dollars in the 13 years I've known her. Yes she, like myself, is mature for her age so that also makes it more difficult.
